Upon ordering online you will receive an impression kit in the mail, which contains all the necessary parts for you to take a mould of your teeth for yourself at home. The kit can then be sent to us via mail using our free post label for us to create your desired grill/s. Instructions with everything you need to know will be included within the package.

A design card is provided in the kit, giving you the option to choose any extras you may desire. The pricing for extras can be seen on our pricelist. If chargable extras are chosen, we will contact you for additional payment.

Please be aware that if you do not meet us in person we cannot guarantee the perfect fit of your grill\s from an impression kit. We strive for perfection at JaeGrills and would always highly recommend face-to-face meet up.
